Whole Salmon

We only recently find out that our local fishmonger is selling farmed salmon which we do not support at all. This was the reason we decided to look for the place to order wild salmon and we came across Tom The Fish. I think the driver was wondering what we are going to do with around 8kg of salmon haha but we have got a smoker at home and prepare meals ourselves, it is just the way we like as we know what goes into it. To continue about salmon, we couldn't really feel the difference of it when I cooked it, but the difference of the smoked salmon is just extraordinary, we treated it the same way as previously so we could see if there is any difference and there is - the wild one is not so fat, the farmed salmon was very fatty, the texture was also not so good. Would definitely recommend wild salmon and will definitely order again very soon.
