Your order will be sent to you by national courier. We will confirm with you beforehand a date that works for you. We use a "Next Day Delivery" service, so your box will be collected from us on one day and delivered to you the very next day.
The box you receive will be lined with a wool insulation which, along with the packs of dry ice inside, will keep your food frozen.

Our eco-friendly desire is to reuse the box and wool we've sent with your order. Please let us know if you are happy to return it to us, and we will send you a paid return label in order to do this.
We work diligently to keep our products fully stocked. However, if there is a run on a product or a supply issue we may temporarily be lacking a product.
In this situation, we hope there are alternative options that tickle your fancy. It may well be that we'll have a quick conversation with you to find a suitable replacement.

If your needs have changed since you setup your subscription, you can add/remove products or change your delivery frequency by logging to Manage Subscriptions.
If you still wish to cancel, you can also initiate this within Manage Subscriptions.
No, the quality of our food and the great service we offer speaks for itself, we don't need to lock you into any long term contracts.
You are free to update or cancel your subscription as you need.
Our box is super flexible. You can add between 3 and 8 products per box. That's as many as 48 portions.
If you need more, simply add more boxes. We can delivery multiple boxes at the same time.

We don’t have an option for one-off orders. However, we are a flexible subscription service, and you can select your own preferred delivery frequency and cancel your subscription at any time if you aren’t ready to receive regular deliveries.
