4 Racks of Ribs & 4 Pork Steaks
The racks of ribs have a Chinese marinade. These are approximately 390g per rack.
Ingredients:
Water, prune paste, sugar, thickening agent E440, food acid E330, preservative, invert sugar, syrup, Worcester sauce, spices, vinegar, salt.
The pork steaks have a carribean marinade. These are approximately 260g per steak.
Ingredients:
Pork (90%), water, sugar, inverted sugar syrup, vegetables (onion, bell pepper, garlic), salt, modified maize starch, currant concentrate, spices, stabilisers, carrageenan and xanthan gum, flavourings, herbs, paprika concentrate, vinegar, food acid, lactic acid.

Returns
Our returns policy is very simple: we will exchange anything you don't like and haven't cooked for the equivalent of another product as long as you contact us within 14 days. All products must be returned to us frozen. We do not offer refunds. Please contact us by telephone or send us an email to make arrangements.
